Help!! Sanya sy 125cc light problem

Hi everyone.
Ok first of please bear with me on this, just trying to help my other half out.

Right, He brought a Sanya sy 125cc motorcycle.
If he has the headlights on the back light won't stay on, will only come on if breaking and of course once not breaking if stays off.

What could this be? is it easy to fix?
Any help/tips anything! will be great as he starting to give up on the bike which I don't want.

Never mind, its the light fixture thats the problem. Sorry to have been a pain.
