Awesome...has it rusted yet? :P

I'm paranoid about quality as well, but at the moment everything works perfectly. I think either the early reviews were the opinions of only a couple of people, any bike compared to japanese quality looks bad, or the problems were with the 2007 models of Hyosung -mines a 2009.

Anyhap, it comes with a 2 yr. unlimited warranty.

I'm gonna be brutally honest about the bike as time progresses, but so far, it's fantastic.

daaaaaaamn looks awesome dude, really awesome. Can you take a front picture to see how wide it is?
Also, talk me about the highway, can you go at 80mph without any problem? how it feel? feel like is close to the top speed?

I get the highway often but i really want to start with a 250.

Thanks!

To be honest, as a new rider I haven't opened it up at all; I'm a little nervous on the highway.

So far though, it travels at 120 km effortlessly, at around 7000 rpms, and with a flick of the throttle when I wasn't realizing what I was doing, I saw 135, and the rpms were around 8000, with no difficulty.

I've been told to 140 is no problem, and from there to 171, the rpms go high, but I haven't tried it yet.

Here's the other photo I have, and I'll get more up to show person to bike ratio.

The hyosungs are sharp bikes man. Not a very good track record with other things though.

although a lot of people think (and hyosung having its reputation) of not up-to-par with kawasaki's ninja 250r and honda's production line with their quality or some sort.
to be honest, i haven't owned any motorcycles yet but i've tried them at the motorcycle show.

for me (180cm height), ninja would be a perfect starter. 125 would be nicer with their lower insurance, but i felt a little "is this bicycle?" reaction with its small-ness. don't get me wrong, it's  a nice bike but i had 125's image as similar to 250's for some reason....

but for taller riders, Hyosung would be great. even with 250cc heart, it has body of almost full sports bike (like... bigger ones).
[or so i heard, i've tried it and felt that way at least....]
one precaution would be that Hyosung's 250 is air-cooled (i heard) and is not really good at sitting around still... :/

and now i'm starting to wonder why i'm blabbing out these 'facts' that i bet a lot of people would know already hahaha my bad~

have fun riding!

Meh, there isn't anything wrong with air cooled really, unless your going to be sitting in traffic jams for a few hours.
