2-up'd a 250

so tonight i was at this guy who's shop i help sell after market parts for, called me up and told me to come by the shop. he got in the helmets he ordered and because ive helped him sell stuff he gave it to me for free, so i took it as a reason to 2-up with the gf on my 250.

So anyways, at first it was hard to get used to, since the bike is so light, and braking is a lot different, but after like 10 mins it came naturally.

It wasnt that hard after that, we ended up cruising around for a couple of hours. also my  250 can still get up to 100km/h pretty quick while 2-up'd.

i was going about 120 fastest, coulda gone faster but she was frantically tapping my back to slow down. it was definantly alot of fun. she used to HATE
(and i mean HATE) my bike, but now she loves it going around turns and going fast.

the only complaint right now is my wrists kinda hurt from when she was sliding forward for the first little while.

overall definantly a fun thing to do

Its fun isnt it.
The bike is almost the same with a pillion just acceleration is a bit worse.

Sliding forward is s problem tho, just tell her to grip with her knees....unless you like the sliding forward part...

haha hope she did better than the first time i rode my girl around.... leaning out of corners not holding on knocking into me making me get off the bike first. terrible rider 

but she is getting the hang of it now

yeah the bike drops down lower alot quicker though but i am used to it so i balance it out, and hell riding 2-up is making me a better rider when im by myself, since i am alot more nimble and can manouver alot better.

my gf loves it, i just wish it would be warm so it would be more enjoyable

drops down lower as in suspension?  you are supposed to adjust the pre-load on it
(or at least i do on my bike)
